Instructions
- Step 1: In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Step 2: Add the coleslaw mix, dried cranberries, and diced apple to the bowl.
- Step 3: Toss all ingredients together until the coleslaw mix is evenly coated with the dressing.
- Step 4: Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Step 5: Before serving, toss the coleslaw again to redistribute the dressing.
Notes
- Store leftover coleslaw in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
