- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
- Step 2: In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
- Step 3: Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.
- Step 4: Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
- Step 5: Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
