Delicious big mac wraps recipe – easy & delicious meal idea recipe with detailed instructions and nutritional information.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • Ground beef: 1 pound
  • Tortillas (large): 6-8
  • Cheddar cheese slices: 6-8
  • Lettuce (shredded): 1 cup
  • Pickles (diced): 1/2 cup
  • Onion (diced): 1/4 cup
  • Mayonnaise: 1/2 cup
  • Ketchup: 2 tablespoons
  • Yellow mustard: 1 tablespoon
  • White vinegar: 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Paprika: 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Step 1: In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika to taste.
  2. Step 2: While the beef is cooking, prepare the Big Mac sauce by combining mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, white vinegar, and diced onion in a small bowl. Mix well and set aside.
  3. Step 3: Lightly warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds to make them pliable.
  4. Step 4: Spread a generous amount of Big Mac sauce onto each tortilla.
  5. Step 5: Add a layer of shredded lettuce, then top with the cooked ground beef, diced pickles, and a slice of cheddar cheese.
  6. Step 6: Wrap the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you roll. Serve immediately or wrap in foil to keep warm.

Notes

  • Store leftover Big Mac Wraps in the refrigerator wrapped tightly in foil or plastic wrap for up to 2 days.
  • For best results, reheat wrapped in foil in a preheated oven or toaster oven to maintain the tortilla's texture.
  • Serve these wraps with a side of crispy fries or onion rings for the full Big Mac experience!
  • For extra flavor, toast the diced onion lightly before adding it to the sauce to mellow its bite.
