Ingredients
- Ground beef: 1 pound
- Tortillas (large): 6-8
- Cheddar cheese slices: 6-8
- Lettuce (shredded): 1 cup
- Pickles (diced): 1/2 cup
- Onion (diced): 1/4 cup
- Mayonnaise: 1/2 cup
- Ketchup: 2 tablespoons
- Yellow mustard: 1 tablespoon
- White vinegar: 1 teaspoon
- Garlic powder: 1/2 teaspoon
- Paprika: 1/2 teaspoon
Instructions
- Step 1: In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika to taste.
- Step 2: While the beef is cooking, prepare the Big Mac sauce by combining mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, white vinegar, and diced onion in a small bowl. Mix well and set aside.
- Step 3: Lightly warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds to make them pliable.
- Step 4: Spread a generous amount of Big Mac sauce onto each tortilla.
- Step 5: Add a layer of shredded lettuce, then top with the cooked ground beef, diced pickles, and a slice of cheddar cheese.
- Step 6: Wrap the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you roll. Serve immediately or wrap in foil to keep warm.
Notes
- Store leftover Big Mac Wraps in the refrigerator wrapped tightly in foil or plastic wrap for up to 2 days.
- For best results, reheat wrapped in foil in a preheated oven or toaster oven to maintain the tortilla's texture.
- Serve these wraps with a side of crispy fries or onion rings for the full Big Mac experience!
- For extra flavor, toast the diced onion lightly before adding it to the sauce to mellow its bite.
