- Milk: 1 1/4 cups

Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Step 3: In a separate bowl, combine milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Step 4: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Step 5: Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
- Step 6: Brush the warm bread with melted butter and generously coat it with cinnamon sugar. Slice and serve warm.
