- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Step 2: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add chicken pieces and toss to coat evenly.
- Step 3: In a small saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened (about 2-3 minutes). Remove from heat.
- Step 4: Toss the floured chicken pieces in the olive oil to lightly coat. Arrange them in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Step 5: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
- Step 6: Remove from oven and immediately drizzle the honey BBQ sauce over the chicken, tossing gently to coat. Serve immediately.
