Ingredients
- Ground beef: 1 pound
- Crescent roll dough: 1 can (8 rolls)
- Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon
- Parmesan cheese: 1/2 cup, grated
- Mozzarella cheese: 1/2 cup, shredded
- Butter: 2 tablespoons, melted
- Egg: 1 large, beaten
- Italian seasoning: 1 teaspoon
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, combine ground beef and garlic powder. Mix well and form into 8 equal patties.
- Step 2: Open the can of crescent roll dough and separate into 8 triangles.
- Step 3: Place a ground beef patty in the center of each crescent roll triangle. Top with a sprinkle of Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese.
- Step 4: Bring the corners of the crescent roll dough up and over the patty, pinching the seams to seal completely.
- Step 5: In a small bowl, combine melted butter, beaten egg, and Italian seasoning. Brush the tops of the cheeseburger bombs with the mixture.
- Step 6: Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Store leftover cheeseburger bombs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- For best results, reheat in the oven at 350°F until warmed through to keep the crust crisp.
- Serve these savory bombs with a side of marinara sauce or a creamy garlic dip for extra flavor.
- Don't overfill the crescent rolls, or the cheese might ooze out during baking, so keep the cheese sprinkle light!
