- Onion, finely chopped: 1/4 cup

Instructions
- Step 1: In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, dried parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Step 2: Gently mix all ingredients together with your hands until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Step 3: Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and form each portion into a patty about 1/2 inch thick.
- Step 4: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add a tablespoon of oil to the skillet.
- Step 5: Cook the chicken patties for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Step 6: Serve immediately on buns with your favorite toppings, or alongside a salad or other side dishes.
