Delicious raspberry coconut magic bars recipe with detailed instructions and nutritional information.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Step 2: In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Step 3: Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the graham cracker crust.
  4. Step 4: Sprinkle shredded coconut, frozen raspberries, white chocolate chips, and chopped walnuts (if using) evenly over the condensed milk layer.
  5. Step 5: Gently press down on the toppings to help them adhere to the condensed milk.
  6. Step 6: Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden brown. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.

Notes

  • Store cooled bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or in the refrigerator for longer storage.
  • If you want a warm, gooey treat, microwave individual bars for 10-15 seconds before serving.
  • Dust the finished bars with powdered sugar for an extra touch of elegance when serving.
  • For easier slicing, freeze the bars for 30 minutes before cutting; it will help prevent the raspberry and chocolate from smearing.
