Delicious ultimate homemade big mac sliders recipe recipe with detailed instructions and nutritional information.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • Ground beef: 1 pound
  • Slider buns: 12
  • American cheese slices: 6, halved
  • Dill pickle relish: 1/4 cup
  • Yellow mustard: 2 tablespoons
  • Mayonnaise: 1/2 cup
  • Ketchup: 2 tablespoons
  • Onion, finely diced: 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Step 1: In a large bowl, gently combine ground beef. Form the beef into 12 small patties, slightly larger than the slider buns. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Step 2: Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through and no longer pink. Top each patty with half a slice of American cheese during the last minute of cooking to allow it to melt.
  3. Step 3: While the patties are cooking, prepare the "Big Mac" sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, and dill pickle relish.
  4. Step 4: Lightly toast the slider buns.
  5. Step 5: Spread a generous amount of "Big Mac" sauce on the bottom bun, then add some diced onion. Top with a cheeseburger patty, then the top bun.
  6. Step 6: Serve immediately and enjoy your homemade Big Mac sliders!

Notes

  • Store leftover sliders in the refrigerator for up to 2 days, wrapping them individually to prevent soggy buns.
  • For best results, reheat the patties separately in a skillet or microwave before assembling on fresh, lightly toasted buns.
  • Serve these sliders with a side of crispy french fries and extra Big Mac sauce for dipping.
  • Don't overwork the ground beef when forming patties to keep them tender and juicy!
