- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 (20 ounce) package frozen cheese tortellini
- 1 (24 ounce) jar marinara sauce
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Step 2: In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
- Step 3: Stir in the marinara sauce, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and Italian seasoning into the skillet with the cooked ground beef. Bring to a simmer.
- Step 4: Add the frozen tortellini to the sauce mixture. Stir well to combine.
- Step 5: Pour the tortellini and beef mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle evenly with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
- Step 6: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the tortellini is heated through. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Reheat individual portions in the microwave or larger portions covered in the oven until warmed through.
