Ingredients
- Cream cheese, softened – 8 ounces
- Unsalted butter, softened – 1/2 cup (1 stick)
- Granulated sugar – 3/4 cup
- All-purpose flour – 1 1/2 cups
- Egg – 1 large
- Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
- Baking powder – 1/2 teaspoon
- Oreo cookies, crushed – 1 1/2 cups
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy. Add the granulated sugar and beat until well combined.
- Step 3: Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until incorporated.
- Step 4: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Step 5: Gently fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.
