Instructions
- Step 1: Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through. Remove shrimp from wok and set aside.
- Step 2: Add broccoli florets to the wok and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, until tender-crisp.
- Step 3: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and ginger.
- Step 4: Add the garlic to the wok and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour the sauce mixture over the broccoli and bring to a simmer, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
- Step 5: Add the cooked shrimp back to the wok and toss to coat with the sauce. Cook for 1 minute, until heated through.
- Step 6: Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
