  • 1 (28-ounce) package frozen pierogi, thawed
  • 1 pound kielbasa sausage, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Spray the inside of your crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the thawed pierogi, sliced kielbasa, and chopped onion. Stir well to mix.
  3. Step 3: In a separate bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. Step 4: Pour the soup mixture over the pierogi and kielbasa mixture in the bowl. Gently stir to coat everything evenly.
  5. Step 5: Pour the mixture into the prepared crockpot. Spread evenly.
  6. Step 6: Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours. In the last 30 minutes of cooking, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top and let it melt.
